Applicant Data Use Notice
Orion Transportation, LLC uses the information you submit to evaluate your application, protect and administer an applicant account, communicate with you, and complete approved contracting or onboarding.
Information involved
This can include your identity and contact details, company and operating-authority information, equipment or lane preferences, insurance or billing details, qualifications, application notes, agreements, and security records. The exact fields depend on the portal and role you choose.
How it is handled
Authorized Orion staff review applications. Orion's hosting, database, document, security, and communications providers may process the information only as needed to run these workflows. Orion does not treat an application as approval and does not expose applicant records to other applicants.
Retention and choices
Records are retained while an application is evaluated and afterward when reasonably needed for account security, contracting, legal, fraud-prevention, or business-record obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion review by emailing admin@oriontransportation.us. Some records may need to be retained when law, an active agreement, or security requirements apply.
What acknowledgement means
Acknowledging this notice confirms that it was presented before submission. It is not blanket marketing consent and does not create employment, agency, carrier, driver, or shipper approval. Use a unique password that you do not use on another service.
